Thomas Wigton has been in the financial services industry since 2011. He holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and earned his B.A. in Business Management from Robert Morris University. Thomas resides in Chippewa with his wife, son Rowan and two dogs. He enjoys golf, hunting and playing the drums.
David Winland
Senior Relationship Manager*
David Winland holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities licenses and earned his. B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. David currently resides in Allison Park with his dog Tasso. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, cooking and fixing up his home.
Jonathan Liebegott
Investor Center Lead*
Jonathan Liebegott holds FINRA Series 7, 66. PA Life, and Accident and Health Insurance licenses. He earned his bachelor's in Finance and minor in Economics from West Virginia University. Jonathan joined PNC in 2013 and has 7 years of experience in the financial industry. He resides in Pittsburgh with his wife Kara and their daughters Eloise and Collins. Jonathan enjoys spending time with family, golfing and traveling.
Matthew Hartle
Financial Advisor**
Matt Hartle holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 and 65. PA Life, Accident and Health Insurance Licenses. He earned his B.S. from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Matt joined the PNC family in 2004 and has more than 17 years in the financial industry. He was 2016 Branch Financial Advisor of the Year and has been awarded Top Advisor 12 times in his career. Matt lives in Harmony PA with his wife Elizabeth, daughters Livia and Sydney and sons Caden, Logan and Brennan.
Barbara House
Client Solution Specialist (CSS)
Barbara House holds FINRA Series 7, 66 and 2. PA Insurance Life and Fixed Annuities, Variable Life/Variable Annuity/Accident & Health licenses. She earned her B.S. in Health and Physical Education from Ithaca College; MS in Exercise Physiology from Ithaca College. Barbara currently resides in Wexford. She continues to stay active playing golf and keeping up with her grown children.
Allie Shields
Client Solutions Specialist (CSS)
Allie earned her B.A. in Communications Media and minor in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She resides in Pittsburgh and enjoys spending time with family, traveling and going on hikes.
